Av and Dogs is a private, appointment-only space dedicated to providing calm groom with a focus on comfort, care, and individualized attention. We believe grooming should be a positive experience and not rushed, stressful, or overwhelming. Each appointment is thoughtfully scheduled to allow one-on-one care, gentle handling, and services tailored to your dog’s specific needs, coat type, and temperament. From start to finish, our goal is to ensure every pup leaves feeling clean, comfortable, and confident and that every owner feels at ease knowing their dog was treated with patience and respect.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Rescheduling to the next available appointment or within the same week of your original booking will not incur a fee. Please note that frequent rescheduling may require a fee and/or a deposit to secure future appointments.
